Mobile Gastroscopy

We are able to provide our clients with a gastroscopy service on their yards using either of our 3.5m long digital gastroscopes. The length of our gastroscopes allows us to visualise a horse's digestive tract from the mouth, down the oesophagus, into the stomach and even the proximal duodenum, with the facility available to take biopsies if needed.

Our two digital systems also allow us to not only take high quality images during gastroscopy procedures, but enables us to record gastroscopies in video format too.  These features are invaluable when repeat assessments are made as it allows us to accurately gauge improvement of lesions and modify treatment plans accordingly.
